My favorite restaurant in the whole world! I love a great steak and have never been disappointed by the quality, the Prime is my favorite and the filet mignon is so tender you can almost cut it with your fork. I recommend the twice baked potato. The shrimp cocktail and the Minturn tater are also good. The wine list is great for such a small place. TJ the bartender/manager is great if you have some time to kill, waiting for your friends.
Excellent. Have been to Minturn Country club for the past 3 years when skiing in Beaver Creek. The Service is always attentive, and the food is wonderful; from the crisp Texas toast, to the juicy, tender, flavor-full steak, and to the sweet and chocolaty potatto desert. Every year i come, i am always impressed.
No trip to the Vail Valley is complete without a trip to the Minturn CC. I hope that not TOO many people read this, as we enjoy our elbow room around the grill each meal. Always a great selection in the cabinet, a great atmostphere, and will always be a tradition for this krewe!
Simply put, you have not lived until you have enjoyed the unique ambience,hospitality, and food at the Minturn Country Club. My son and I always make a point to stop by and cook our steaks whenever we are within 100 miles.
