At the Minturn Country Club
All of our steaks are selected from only the best three-year old grain fed steers, graded USDA choice and USDA prime. After starting with the finest beef, we age the loins for several weeks to insure tenderness and flavor. When the timing is just right, we cut the loins into steaks and trim away most of the excess fat, leaving only enough for The Minturn Country Club flavor. Then YOU, the ONLY person who knows how YOU like a steak, prepare the steak, and flame-broil it on our lava rock grill.
Our specially seasoned lava rock grill and flame-broiling guarantee that the meat, poultry, or fresh seafood you choose will taste better than anything you have ever had. The seasoned lava rock grill and flame-broiling produce a clean, aromatic 1,100 degree fire which leaves no charcoal aftertaste. The cooking method quickly sears the meat and seals in the natural juices, protecting and preserving the flavor of our perfectly aged steaks. This is not the steak you buy at your local grocery, or find at ordinary restaurants.

Hours of operation: Peak Season (Dec 1 thru April 15) - 5pm until 10 pm. Non-Peak Season 5:30pm until 10 pm.
Seating: We are first come, first serve and we begin seating at 5:30pm.
